Monday, March 14, 2011:  Chef Paula was "wearin the green" in the Galley at Gilbert Lodge while preparing dinner.  She started with a salad with Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, celery, and more.  She cooks with wine and sometimes puts it in the food.

The main dish was Pacific Sockeye Salmon.  Paula, are those your secret ingredients?       
On the gass grill, it wasn't quite done yet. 
On the table with Minnesota wild rice and green beans it was perfect.    
What a way to top off a fish dinner!  Cherry ice cream and Hershey's chocolate.   

Only 3 days until St. Patrick's Day.
