The menu varies depending on which delicacy is in season at the time.  

Cocktails served to the guests.  Shaken, but not stirred. 

Dinner is served in the Dining Room where the Grand Fireplace burns wood from the Gilbert Lodge grounds.  Desserts are often prepared with fresh ingredients found in season at the time.

Monday:  Minnesota Pot Roast
               or Minnesota Walleye

Tuesday:  Minnesota Oven Baked Chicken
                or pork dinner ala Chef Paula

Wednesday:  Meat Loaf Minnesota  

Thursday:  Ham and Potatoes  

Friday:  Hot Dish Casserole
             or Minnesota Chili

Saturday:  Chef's Favorite Pepperoni Pizza 

Sunday:  Chef' Surprise     

Gilbert Lodge serves the Blue Diamond brand of chocolate covered almonds to guests.
