January 22, 2004 The first fire in the Grand Fireplace at Gilbert Lodge. With oak wood blazing, Mark and Paula enjoy a glass of wine from the Minnestalgia Winery, formerly the Minnesota Wild Winery, in McGregor, MN, about 50 miles from Brainerd. February 7, 2004 Paula checks her e-mail on a computer with flat screen monitor in the Gilbert Lodge Library. The computer is actually in the Tech Room about 40 feet away. Just the monitor, keyboard, speakers, and mouse are in the Library. Speaking of mouse, Josie the cat is checking everywhere and can't find a single one.
