The annual St. Patrick's Day celebration in Brainerd. |

| People of all nationalities gathered at the Brainerd VFW to show their stuff. There was a costume contest for kids. | |
 |

| A character artist shoed up to make it a fun time. This young lady even had green finger nails. |
 |
 |
| Corned beef and cabbage was served and the Brainerd Community Action gave away prizes including two bicycles. | |
 |
| Of course there were those who are Irish through and through. |
 |
 |

| Then the parade started to the delight of the crowd. | |
 |
 |

It is a sport for younger people and they have a
great time doing it. |

Baxter Mayor Darrell Olson was there along with Matt Gilgenbach, a Korean War veteran. |
